I think what you would consider to be a cool ride would be a nice warm day here = ). You folks in AZ get cold when it's under 100 degrees = )
Oh, I forgot to say that the outfits actually are pretty cool though. They look good. If I saw you two ride by I would think you were bike pros trainning for "The Tour".
You're right about the temp. I've not been riding this winter, just too cold. As a result, I've put on 10 pounds. Regarding the bumblebee suits (as a friend of mine calls them), within the biking community I don't feel silly at all. The clothes are functional and hopefully catch the motorists eyes. Out of context, I'll admit, they look a little pretentious.
